About Timilie

Timilie holds a master’s degree in psychology and is a Yoga Alliance-certified Experienced Yoga Teacher (200-E-RYT) and Mindfulness Instructor. She has been teaching yoga to people of all ages since 2009 and, most recently, is focused on teaching yoga and mindfulness techniques for living, growing, and aging with compassionate awareness. She hosts classes in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, mindful movement, and meditation. She teaches community yoga classes at Beach Cities Health District in Redondo Beach, CA, and mindfulness classes at the Joslyn Senior Center in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Born and raised in southern California, Timilie Rae Flores-Losq is the daughter of Mexican and American parents with Mexican indigenous roots. She is a student and lover of her earth roots, with a heart of fire, a deep-feeling soul of water, and a spirit that joy-rides the wind.

Timilie lives, surfs, contemplates, and plays in Redondo Beach with her husband, two kiddos, five pets, and lots of flowers, hummingbirds, and fruit trees.
