Multicultural Yoga & Mindfulness
for living, growing, and aging with compassionate self-awareness
Yoga and Mindfulness Offerings
Our bodies and minds need ongoing maintenance and compassionate attention.
Yoga, mindful movement, and stretching increase balance, stability, and flexibility. Contemplative practices and mindfulness techniques soothe the mind and sharpen our focus and presence, which supports neuroplasticity. Yoga and mindfulness techniques also foster playfulness and confidence in the body and mind, which inspires us to continue to do our work and to treat ourselves compassionately and companionably.
Sessions may include any combination of the following styles of practice:
Mindful stretching and movement
Yoga poses and sequencing tailored to your needs
Pranayama (breath work)
Multicultural contemplative practices
Mindfulness techniques
Guided meditation

Music and mantra (sound-based mindfulness tools) for healing
